In celebration of September’s International Coastal Clean Up Month (#DiveAgainstDebris #AWAREweek) and our 3rd annual Pure Dive Fest Eco Dive is running a special clean up dive in one of our most neglected places so be ready to find some ‘treasure’ and get your hands dirty!
On September 29th 2019 (meeting time 1:45 pm, boat departure 2 pm) we are headed over to the cruise ship jetty and breakwater outside the St George’s bus terminal. With special permission granted from the Grenada Ports Authority we are making the extra effort to get in off the beaten track and clean up those habitats not as often explored or accessible.
Interested students need to:
- get in touch with our office (Contact Us) to confirm space is available
- book online via this link or in office (Eco Dive on Grand Anse Beach at Coyaba Beach Resort, beside Umbrellas Beach Bar)
- bring gloves or mesh bags if you have. We will have 30+ bags available and will use everything we have!
If on the other hand you would rather join our regular monthly Grand Anse clean up dive this is done for FREE for volunteers with their own gear and the following rental costs only for volunteers who need gear: $10 US snorkel, $10 US tank and weights, or $25 US full scuba gear.
