Confirmation Payments Required

Our bookings work on a first come first serve basis, it is recommended to get in touch early and let us help you make the best schedule to suit your needs and preferences. Our payment policy and cancellation guidelines are included here.

15% deposits are required to confirm bookings that are more than 3 weeks away.

Full Payments are required 3 weeks before tour date, you will receive a payment reminder email 4 weeks before tour date prompting final payment. To confirm you can either: (1) pay online via credit card or PayPal, or, (2) if you prefer to pay cash on tour day place your credit card details securely in the ‘Vault’ where they will be locked up until we meet on your arrival.

Full refunds are available on all direct bookings up to 48 hours before tour time (see below for holiday booking adjustments). Cancellations made less than 48 hours of tour time or same day no-shows do not qualify for refunds or credits. We recommend travellers insurance. If your card details are in the ‘Vault’ and you cancel on short notice the card will be charged the full tour amount.

If we cancel a tour due to complications on our end, notice, apologies and full refunds will be provided.

Cruise ship passengers who booked direct, if your ship does not dock in Grenada and we have less than 2 days notice of this change, only a 5% admin fee will apply. This is very rare and does not include ships that opt to tender in (also rare).

Dive and Stay Packages/ Tour Operators: cancellation policies match the accommodation’s cancellation policy if applicable. If not applicable our cancellation policy stands.

Holiday Bookings: Dec 23 – Dec 31 & Easter Weekend Good Friday – Easter Monday. Full refunds are provided up to 1 week before tour date. 50% refunds are provided for cancellations up to 48 hrs before tour time. No refund is available for cancellations with less than 48 hours notice.

Policy changes are possible anytime, this page will be kept up to date. The existing policy at the time of your booking deposit will stand for your booking.
