Our Trekmaster will take you on a variety of treks to experience the rainforest, waterfalls, natural freshwater swimming pools, hot water springs and mountains of Grenada.

A forty minute Trek into the heart of the Rainforest will bring you to the first two of the Seven Sisters Falls. Below each fall there is a large crystal clear pool inviting you to jump in. Experience a natural massage under the waterfalls and try out a rainforest jacuzzi while listening to the howling of the monkeys in the trees above you.
The adventurous can climb up a Tree Root Ladder and swim, slide and clamber down all of the Seven Falls. A Picnic lunch follows, then soak in a hot spring pool with ancient carvings on the surrounding rocks.
Jungle Waterfall & Hot Spring Treksecret medicinal hot springs
Trek into the heart of the rainforest where a water paradise will unfolds before us. Waterfalls cascade into crystal clear rock pools enticing you to swim. We take a leisurely picnic next to the two falls and the natural swimming pools between each of the falls with the rainforest canopy above you will be a sight you will never forget. Finish up the trip with a soak
in a secret medicinal hot spring pool marked with carvings by the Caribs 2000 years ago. 10am - 5pm.
Robinson Crusoe !!
This tour begins with a look at Grenada's highest waterfall set in a beautiful valley. From there we make our way down the east coast to an unspoiled piece of the southeastern coastline. We start in a large crescent shaped bay with a natural saltpond at the far end where we may have an opportunity to see some birdlife. From there we walk across headlands and along beaches so quiet that you can imagine yourself as
Robinson Crusoe finding that footprint in the sand. We'll have time to take a seabath and picnic lunch on one of the beaches. 10am - 5pm.

Bay Gardens, Morne Gazo and Laura Spice Garden
A tour to see the fantastic variety of plantlife in the island and to learn of some of the uses made of them.
The tour includes a walk up Morne Gazo Hill which has a viewing platform at the summit with a tremendous view over the southern part of the island.
10am - 2.30pm.
Mt St Catherines **
A hike up the highest mountain in Grenada, to an elevation of 2,757 ft (840m).
On a clear day you have a sensational view of the islands of the Grenadines, and down to the towns of Victoria and Sauteurs.
After this spectacular hike we take a refreshing 'sea-bath' in the bubbling sea pool at Bathway Beach.
10am - 5pm.
Mt Qua Qua to Concord Hike **
A hike from the crater lake at the top of the mountains all the way down to the coastal waterfalls at Concord. Hike along mountain ridges covered in dwarf trees and mountain palms. See the change in the ecosystem as the altitude drops.
The end of the hike brings you to Concord waterfalls where the chance of a refreshing freshwater swim will be a welcome sight.
10am - 4pm.
** These are harder hikes - you need to be reasonably fit to participate
